Mia and I spent a few hours last week capturing her senior photos in St. Paul and Raspberry Island. Our shoot was sandwiched by bouts of light rain, but the skies opened up for those two hours and gave us the most beautiful evening we could have asked for. The St. Paul streets were super quiet and virtually empty, giving us free reign over whatever structure or street we wanted to use, and when we drove over to Raspberry Island for the second half, we were greeted by the most beautiful sunset I’ve seen in a while! The premature sunset left us, literally, in the dark for the last fourth of the session, but that just meant we had to get creative!
Mia wanted to do her photos in and around the city because she really, really loves it! Every part of the session captures a different feel and I’m very proud of what we came up with together! Mia, thank you for being so confident, comfortable and easygoing! You were an absolute dream to work with, and I can’t wait to share these photos with you and the world!
