White Bear Lake MN Wedding
David & Carrie got married on a gorgeous, overcast day in late May surrounded by an intimate group of family and friends. Manitou Grill & Event Center was completely decked out by some gorgeous decor, and the flowers from Artemisia Studios made everything that much more gorgeous. Carrie’s bridesmaids wore a classic dark blue, which set off their bouquets perfectly, and stood out from the groomsmen’s light grey tuxes. Carrie was an absolute vision in her gown from Diamond Bride & Tux – as I was photographing her I kept feeling like I was shooting ads for a bridal store because she looked so good!
After their first look across from the venue, I spent a few minutes with the bride and groom capturing some portraits! We later headed to the lake to photograph the whole bridal party and snag some photos by the marina. It was Memorial Day weekend, so American flags were out in full force and made the marina look that much more festive!
The new Mr. & Mrs. made sure that their ceremony was focused on Jesus, sharing the true source of love with their guests as they pledged to love each other with Christ as the center. Y’all, nothing makes me happier than a ceremony aimed at glorifying God! It made an already special and joyful day that much more meaningful.
David & Carrie, thank you so much for having me along on such a big day for you both! From our first meeting to the last minutes of your wedding day, it has been wonderful working with you both! Your love is a reminder of God’s perfect timing and sovereign plan, and it was a blessing to witness the first day of your married life together!
Okay, enough from me, let’s get to the photos! I can’t thank the incredible vendors that made this happen enough – links and more details are at the bottom of this post.
Thank you to the vendors who made this beautiful day even better!
