I’m excited to share Lakeville South senior Michael’s photos on the blog today! Michael is a lacrosse player and wanted to incorporate that into his shoot, but he also picked some great outfits that perfectly matched his preference for a more serious photo. Coming from someone who smiled in maybe 30% of her senior photos (hey, it’s me!) I was totally down for a more subdued senior photo session vibe. Honestly, serious photos are sometimes my favorite and this senior session reminded me of that big time!
If you’re the parent of a senior guy (or a senior guy) looking for outfit inspiration or posing ideas, this is a great post for you. I’m thinking about starting a petition for every senior guy to bring dress pants, a dress shirt, and a great watch to their session 😅
Fun fact: I photographed Michael’s sister Allie’s wedding a few years ago – yes, good looks do run in the family!
