Green Acres Event Center Wedding
Oh, what a day! Whitney and Tony got married on a hot late August day at Green Acres Event Center in Eden Prairie, MN. This day felt SO natural in every way. Tony and Whitney are surrounded by such wonderful people, and I felt welcomed all day long.
The day began with Whitney getting ready quietly in her hotel room (probably the most relaxed getting-ready I’ve ever seen!) and then we drove to a nearby park where she saw Tony for the first time in his tux!
One of the coolest parts of this day was the fact that ALL the flowers came from Whitney and Tony’s backyard! Talk about a green thumb! So much cultivating and careful care when into these flowers, which made it so much more special on the day of.
I could say so much more, but I wanted to give Tony or Whitney the chance to share from their perspective. “If we had to say anything to sum up the day it’s that we (and our entire family) were so impressed with you and your expertise, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day to celebrate becoming husband and wife. We never thought we’d get lucky enough to marry our best friend.”
