Dakota Lodge Wedding St. Paul Minnesota
Jake & Grace tied the knot on a beautiful fall day in West St. Paul at the Dakota Lodge! Their intimate day was made super special by personal details in their ceremony and throughout the evening (Grace wearing her Grandma’s signature scent, that DNA ring (!) and the chemical reaction in place of a sand ceremony) – you’ll see some of the goodness in the photos below! I loved being able to witness such a wonderful day, especially since Grace and I became friends in high school. Jake is her perfect match and a total joy to be around. I couldn’t be happier for them both!
Grace’s bridesmaids donned forest green lace dresses from Modcloth and the guys kept it simple in suspenders, shirts and ties. She opted for a tulle ballgown with lace and sequined applique from David’s Bridal, a dried flower bouquet from Etsy and a stunning hairstyle that gave me major hair envy! Jake looked dapper in a vest and bowtie that matched the forest green theme of the day.The links to all of their vendors are down at the bottom of your post in case you want to work with them (woohoo!)
Jake and Grace, thank you so much for trusting me with capturing these moments for you – it was an honor and a pleasure! Now, for some of my favorite images to tell the story of the day!
