Matt & Ellie got married on an absolutely gorgeous day last week in South Dakota at Penny Tree Events center. From start to finish, it was such a relaxed celebration filled with bountiful love and laughter from family and friends. It was such a joy to photograph another wedding for the Reynen family (I photographed Brandon & Natalie’s wedding day last year and did younger sister Clara‘s senior photos as well!) Working with Ellie & Matt was naturally the next step 🙂
Penny Tree Events was the PERFECT venue for Ellie & Matt, with a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, locations for the bridal party to get ready on-site, and an open-air reception space that allowed guests to mingle under a roof or under the stars. All of the vendors pulled together to create an absolutely stunning party for the newlyweds (I’ll list the dream team’s links at the end of this post!)
Matt & Ellie have such infectious smiles and truly light up any space that they inhabit together. I knew from meeting them at their engagement shoot that they were super laid back and quick to laugh, and my impression rang true as they remained graceful to everyone throughout the day and thankful to God for blessing them with each other. What an honor to witness!
To the new Mr & Mrs – thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing me to photograph your love. Yours was a wedding day I’ll look back on fondly!
Now, for some of my favorites to tell the story of the day.
THANK YOU to the incredible vendors who made this day even more beautiful with their hard work.
